ABOUT THE ROLE
The Project and Change Manager role is responsible for planning and executing business improvement and technology change projects into the Client Services Team. The role will manage the end to end implementation of a portfolio of efficiency and quality improvement projects, including initiating and defining projects all the way through to designing and managing the change to ensure initiatives are embedded into the business.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Identify business improvement opportunities and support project definition and business case development.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and establish project deliverables.
  • Manage a portfolio of projects from initiation to delivery, including planning and progress tracking.
  • Design and implement change management processes for successful adoption of new technologies and processes.
  • Conduct regular project status reviews and promote continuous improvement practices.
  • Achieve successful implementation of process improvements and technology upgrades within set timelines and budget.
  • Ensure high stakeholder satisfaction with change management processes and effective adoption of new methods.
  • Maintain consistency in process compliance within the Client Services Team.
  • Reduce resistance to change and increase employee engagement in new ways of working.

ABOUT YOU:

  • Proven experience in project management methodologies and tools, with a history of successful project delivery.
  • Strong grasp of change management principles, including stakeholder analysis and communication planning.
  • Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills to motivate cross-functional teams.
  • Effective problem-solving abilities in complex organizational environments.
  • Preferably experienced in healthcare or community services sectors with knowledge of relevant regulations.
  • Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office suite.
  • Excellent communication skills adaptable to various audiences.
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, project management, or related field.
  • Certification in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) and/or change management (e.g., Prosci, ACMP) preferred.
  • Additional qualifications in healthcare management or quality improvement methodologies advantageous.
