In this role, you'll:


Join the Train Crewing communications team and lead engagement, transformation, and internal communication activities for a non-office-based workforce of more than 3,000 people.


Work across a complex, matrix-style environment and collaborate closely with various stakeholders and business partners to manage and oversee the development of impactful and targeted content that engages different audience groups.


Leverage your experience, knowledge of the business, and critical thinking skills to provide strategic advice and guidance to leaders, partners, and key stakeholders.


Create and deliver engaging, impactful, and targeted multi-channel content that resonates with audience groups and drives employee engagement, customer outcomes, and business improvement.

About you

  • Have a proven track record in creating and delivering successful internal communication plans that have positively engaged and inspired large and diverse workforces.
  • As a natural selfstarter and team player, you build relationships easily and can work with multiple stakeholders with competing deadlines and conflicting priorities.
  • Possess a cando attitude, excellent communication skills, and solid experience operating both autonomously and under direction in a complex, operational, fastpaced environment.
  • Have a strong work ethic and take a handson approach to creating and delivering multichannel content.
  • Use data and feedback to inform and improve strategies, plans, channel selection, and content.
  • A professional who models the highest standards of integrity and professional conduct.
  • Tertiaryqualified in Communications, Journalism, Marketing (or relevant discipline), or have equivalent experience
