Full Job Description:

Our client is an established business located in Noble Park looking for an experienced Service Technician.

About the Role:


To safely and competently carry out warranty and chargeable service to a range of products including gas ducted heating and evaporative cooling.


  • Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external customers including maintaining a neat clean appearance and vehicle.
  • Accurately report back to the administration team on the works completed at each site using provided tablet.
  • Accurately able to diagnose and service a range of products on a daytoday basis and respond to all allocated service calls in a timely manner.
  • Ensure all jobs are completed safely and incidents and injuries are minimized as much as possible.

To be successful in this role you will have:

  • Basic knowledge of electronics
Workings of a heating and cooling installation

  • Trade qualified
  • Certificate 3 air conditioning
  • Restricted Electrical license (preferred)
  • VBA Registered/Licensed
  • White card / construction induction card (preferred)
  • Driver's license
  • Experience with Reverse Cycle air conditioning repairs (preferred)
  • Heating and cooling installation or products (preferred)
  • Customer service
