AUSTCORP is looking for Spray Seal and Asphalt Operators and Labourers to join their Road Sealing Company in Mackay.

This role is within the Road Surfacing industry for well-established companies, all positions are ongoing offering consistent work. For individuals who demonstrate reliability and hard work, the chance of a full-time permanent position may be available.

To Be Considered, We Are Looking For:

  • Construction Induction Card
  • RII Ticket (Desirable)
  • Valid Driver's License HR and above (Desirable)
  • Physically Fit and Capable of Manual Labour – 10 – 12 Hour Workdays
  • Road Work Experience (Nice to have)
  • Positive Attitude and Strong Work Ethic
  • Construction Labouring Skills
  • Willingness to work away when necessary
  • Reliability and consistency
  • On-the-job training
  • Individuals new to the Industry are encouraged to apply
  • Ability to Pass a Drug and Alcohol Pre-Employment Test
