Celebrity Cruises is seeking a talented Destination Product & Experiences Manager, APAC to be part of their team in Sydney.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the successful delivery and execution of the brand's product and guest experience of Destination Experiences in Australia, New Zealand, South Pacific, and Asia.
  • Enhance guest experience by managing all experiences offered in the APAC region.
  • Establish relationships with local tour operators and regional tourism boards.
  • Monitor guest satisfaction and revenue results.
  • Support operations at turnaround ports, including transfers and packages.
  • Focus initially on Australia, NZ & the South Pacific.

Work alongside the leadership of Celebrity Cruises APAC office in Sydney as the primary contact for local tour operators.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in related field; Master's degree a plus.
  • 2+ years in project or operational management.
  • 2+ years in cruise, travel industry, or related fields.
  • Knowledge of destination experiences in NZ, Australia, and Asia.
  • Experience in fast-paced environments and project management.
  • Ability to travel frequently during cruising season.
