We are looking for an
"Asset Management Specialist-Aviation" for a leading airport management company in Australia, with experience in providing technical expertise for conducting asset analysis and developing asset management strategies.

    Responsibilities
***- Collecting and maintaining data on airport assets, including physical and facilities assets.

  • Monitor the asset's utilisation on a periodic basis and update disk sheet for engines accordingly.
  • Drafting of various statements and status reports for assets as per client requirements.
  • Review, monitor, and update the Software System(s) to ensure accurate data entry.
  • Developing and maintaining asset management plans and systems.
  • Monitoring asset performance and making recommendations for improvements.
  • Collaborating with other departments to ensure effective asset management.
  • Preparing asset reports and presenting findings to senior management.
  • Staying uptodate with industry developments and best practices in asset management.

Essential Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
  • 57 years of experience in asset management, preferably in the aviation industry.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to work with large datasets.
  • Experience with asset management software and tools.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements for asset management.
