IB&M manages the Group's relationships with major corporate and government clients, offering a range of capital raising, transactional, and risk management products and services.

IB&M's success depends on effectively implementing strategic initiatives. The QDAT's purpose is to empower, transform & grow IB&M by leveraging data, mathematics, insights, and technology to deliver outstanding results for clients and the wider Group.

Contribute to meaningful work

In our dynamic and high-performing apps team, you'll create state-of-the-art UIs using React and TypeScript. Your role will involve building rapid prototypes, scalable interfaces, and reusable components. This hands-on position emphasizes writing elegant, functional, and well-tested code to automate our business processes, providing valuable insights to customers and stakeholders.

Responsibilities include

  • Collaborating with a team of engineers to develop innovative solutions that solve complex financial and operational challenges
  • Mentoring junior team members to enhance their skills
  • Facilitating business scalability through software engineering
  • Implementing automation and risk management strategies to ensure business continuity
  • Digitizing IB&M's deal life cycle from origination to refinancing
  • Showcasing problem-solving skills while working with stakeholders on solutions

  • Hands-on experience in developing frontend applications using React and TypeScript
  • Familiarity with financial markets and/or corporate & institutional lending products
  • Strong software engineering background with a focus on best practices
  • Business-oriented mindset to drive growth and customer satisfaction
  • Effective communication skills across various stakeholders
  • Willingness to learn new skills with a positive attitude
