  • 6 month contract (Possible Extension)

About the role:
The Executive Governance Analyst will be responsible for supporting Portfolio GMs and their teams in financial management, resource management, reporting, and governance activities across SEO. This role involves ensuring alignment with established processes and best practices, collaborating closely with Pillar EGMs and Portfolio GMs, and working with PMO functions to drive consistent processes and methodologies across the Portfolios. Additionally, the analyst will focus on enhancing flexibility and coverage through standardized processes and methodologies while supporting governance activities and processes within Portfolio teams.

Key Responsibilities:
Team:

  • Provide valuable support and analysis to General Managers and Portfolio teams.
  • Foster high-performing work teams and develop relevant skills and abilities.
  • Support QBP and IOP related activities.
  • Assist in Workforce Management related activities.


Reporting and Governance:

  • Collaborate with PMO to ensure alignment around Tech Delivery governance, program status, and reporting.
  • Support PMO governance communications and drive best practices across the Portfolios.
  • Work with SPMs to implement tools for governance and reporting activities, including dashboards, roadmaps, and RAID management.
  • Perform Portfolio reporting and related activities in collaboration with GMs and their teams.


Process:

  • Facilitate consistency and standardization of financial models, metrics, governance, and reporting activities across SEO.
  • Drive increased automation and efficiency of activities.


Skills Required:

  • Experience in leading and managing cross-functional teams.
  • Proven ability to work with and manage General Managers, Program Managers, and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Experience in managing or supporting projects across all phases of the solution development lifecycle.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and working with financial models.
  • Clear and concise written and oral communication skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and proactively liaise with multiple stakeholders.
  • Practical/Specialist/Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint, SAFE certification or similar, Jira experience, Tableau experience, MS SharePoint, Confluence experience.
