This role is key to ensuring the smooth delivery of our Health & Safety service offering that is designed to ensure our clients have safe workplaces for themselves and their employees.


As a Workforce Scheduler, you will be working closely with our Head of Health and Safety to learn the background operations of your future team and create data driven insights into day of planning and forecasting.


In this position you will:

  • Review diaries for consultancy teams to fill gaps and improve consistency within the team
  • Work closely with key stakeholders to monitor performance and promptly communicate schedule changes as required
  • Route planning and ensuring that health and safety visits are planned first and backfilled to maximise productivity
  • Ensure that our new clients are met as soon as possible

  • Experience in scheduling and/or resource allocation
  • Intermediate to advance excel skills with high attention to detail
  • You are a selfmotivated and dependable team player
  • Motivated to give the best client experience possible
  • You will be known for being calm and collected.
