About the Role
The Household Services Officer plans and coordinates the delivery of events and accommodation services at Government House, Sydney.

We are looking for an individual who can:

  • Roster and supervise staff in the timely delivery of agreed services, including coaching team members, fostering effective communication, information exchange and cooperative work arrangements across the organisation.
  • Coordinate the provision of hospitality, catering, domestic and accommodation services including external service providers.
  • Implement agreed plans in respect of regular cleaning and maintenance of Government House.
  • Monitor, manage and report on Household expenditure related to event delivery and domestic services.

To be successful in this role you will must be able to demonstrate:

  • Experience in coordination of a range of staff and service providers in the successful delivery of a range of functions and events
  • Current accreditation for Responsible Service of Alcohol and Food Standards Code.
