About the role

The Geospatial and Digital Assets Coordinator develops roadmaps for the digital assets managed within the team while delivering projects that consider and support the strategic and future direction for digital assets.

This position plays a vital role in developing, maintaining, and monitoring the organisation's Geographical Information System (GIS) by identifying, responding and resolving requests, problems, and challenges.

As a Coordinator you will lead, motivate, and develop the Geospatial and Digital Assets team.

This role is a full-time opportunity, including a monthly RDO and flexible work options.

Key Selection Criteria

  • Experience in developing roadmaps for the delivery of business needs and future objectives through projects and initiatives, such as our geospatial system and future digital metering program.
  • Ability to maintain, monitor and develop the organisation's Geographical Information System (GIS) system for operational needs and addressing problems and challenges.
  • Ability to identify and implement continuous improvement to standards, processes and development of systems and operating frameworks.
  • Ability to establish strong stakeholder engagement and relationships to ensure that business needs are met and strategic outcomes delivered to support the organisation.
  • Experience leading, motivating, mentoring and/or managing a team.

  • An attractive salary range of $104,078 to $116,623 plus 11% superannuation, depending on skills and experience.
  • This is a full time, ongoing position.
