We are open 6 days from 8 am to 4 pm seven days.

Duties:

  • Preparation and service of quality produce and food during lunch and dinner.
  • Responsible for day-to-day Kitchen operations and Culinary team
  • Able to support management with menu planning activities, pricing and menu innovation
  • Develop recipes and portion specification in line with customer's expectation
  • Monitor and maintain consistent food standards and quality across all areas and during all stages of production
  • Ensure that the appropriate methods of cooking and presentation are used to maintain high standards of service
  • Estimate Food Consumption and Requisition of Food Purchase
  • Ensure that Health and Safety standards are followed
  • Able to supervise, train and manage kitchen personnel We are looking for individuals who can
