As Sales Admin Officer, you will take the operational role for Tadpac - a disability social enterprise that provides professional printing, assembly and mail out services.

Working with a close team, you will play a crucial role in fostering exceptional customer relationships and experiences, preparing accurate and competitive quotes, and collaborating with the production team to ensure timely and high-quality products to drive growth and increase Tadpac's financial performance and social impact.

Achieving this will ensure Tadpac continues to provide meaningful employment and a sense of community to people living with disability.


You will focus on:

  • Build and nurture strong, longlasting relationships with existing and prospective clients
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their needs and inquiries promptly
  • Prepare accurate and competitive price quotes for clients
  • Negotiate terms and agreements to close sales deals

In addition to receiving an annual salary of approximately
$69,000 and superannuation, you'll also receive
17.5% leave loading and an ability to
increase your take-home pay by accessing up to $15,900 in salary packaging benefits.

There is also an option for additional
purchased leave to increase your annual leave entitlements.

About you:

You will bring:

  • Relevant tertiary qualifications
  • Business, Marketing, etc.
  • Proven track record in sales, preferably in the digital printing industry
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Knowledge of digital printing technologies and processes
  • Excellent negotiation abilities
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and Printer choice software
  • Selfmotivated, resultsoriented, and able to work independently
