YOUR ROLE

We have an opportunity for you to join our People & Culture Team as the People Services Coordinator on a full-time and ongoing basis.


The purpose of this new position is to provide comprehensive support for various People & Culture services to all Museums Victoria employees, all while delivering exceptional levels of customer service excellence.

As our team continues to evolve, this role will also support key process improvement projects including, but not limited to:

  • Transition Aurion (our HRIS) to the Cloud
  • A brand review of People & Culture operations
  • Opportunities for development across a range of diverse HR activities.

WHAT WE SEEK

  • Strong HRIS experience
  • Experience with the delivery of endtoend payroll operations
  • A tertiary qualification in HR or a related field (a bonus, but not mandatory)
  • Previous experience interpreting Awards and Enterprise Agreements (Highly desirable), coupled with knowledge of Public Sector regulations (a bonus, but not mandatory)
  • Proven ability to understand, assess, and meet customer needs while managing stakeholder expectations.
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
