Are you ready for your next challenge? Are you passionate about making a difference in people lives? We are looking for an experienced Workforce Manager to implement recruitment and retention strategies while overseeing the HR and Payroll function at Identitywa.

You'll play a pivotal role in workforce planning by executing holistic workforce development programs that elevate employee skills and knowledge.

Acting as a subject matter expert, you will provide strategic advice and support on all employee-related matters.

This is an exciting opportunity to lead and inspire a dynamic HR team and payroll professionals, where every day is busy and varied.

The ideal candidate will possess a degree in HR Management and/or Industrial Relations with strong communication skills to nurture and grow expertise of our dedicated staff.

Attractive salary packaging options Employee Assistance program Staff recognition program Friendly and supportive teams To be part of a supportive leadership team What you'll do: Drive strategic initiatives for talent acquisition and internal workforce transition while supporting front line services Collborate with HR teams on KPIs and clear objectives Delegate daily HR tasks and priorities and oversee payroll processes Foster a culture of employee engagement and retention Act as a mentor and coach and providing ongoing support and guidance to foster their professional growth and development Develop and review HR policies to ensure compliance with legislation and regulatory requirements Collaborate with service managers to develop and implement effective and efficient HR strategies Oversee payroll processes to be timely, accurate, and compliant with relevant workspace agreements and industrial law Provide monthly reports to and attend regular meetings with the Executive Manager Promote the Catholic ethos of the organisation and always comply with the policy and procedures as well as the Code of Conduct of Identitywa Comply with the NDIS practice standards under the NDIS Quality and Safeguarding Framework Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices and demonstrate commitment to core values at Identitywa What you'll bring to the team: 5 years experience in Human Resource Management, or recognised qualifications Well-developed knowledge of Australian Employment Law and Industrial Relations Deep knowledge of all core HR processes including performance management, leadership development and talent management Sound understanding of payroll systems and processes Demonstrated expertise working in workforce planning and people management to maintain and build cross-organisational relationships Excellent written and oral communication skills blended with the ability to engage and motivate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders High level computer literacy (Microsoft Office) skills, proficiency with HR and payroll systems How to apply: Please apply through our website or through seek with your Resume and Cover Letter.
