The company
***This leading privately owned Australian FMCG client who provides quality products throughout Australia is looking to hire a determined and motivated "Customer complaints officer" to join their team. Our client's goal is to provide their customers with excellent service.

The role

As Customer Complaints Officer the successful applicant will be responsible for a high level of customer service and developing and maintaining the customer relationship.


  • Providing a high level of customer service.
  • Exceeds customer expectations.
  • Responsible for responding to and resolving all feedback received from customers.
  • Ensuring the investigation of complaints thoroughly and within the time frame.
  • Communicating respectfully and empathetically with complainants.
  • Identifying concerns and ensuring accurate records of information.

About you

  • Patience, confidence, great communication, and verbal skills are required.
  • Dealing with customer complaints.
  • Must have speed and accuracy typing skills and intermediate Microsoft skills.
  • Good problemsolving and investigation skills.
  • Ability to work both as part of a team and individually.
  • Meeting KPIs.
  • Must be a Permanent resident/Australian Citizen.
