Seeking highly organised and detail-oriented scheduler with effective time management and the ability to ensure optimal utilisation of resources.

As a Scheduler, you will play a vital role in facilitating smooth operations and maximizing productivity. Your expertise in planning, prioritising, and coordinating appointments is crucial in keeping our operations running efficiently.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Coordinate and schedule quotes and installation appointments, taking into account participant availability and logístical requirements.
  • Collaborate with various stakeholders, including managers, team leads, and clients, to gather scheduling requirements and ensure alignment.
  • Utilise scheduling software or tools to create and manage schedules, update changes, and send notifications
  • Monitor and adjust schedules as needed, considering unforeseen events, cancellations, or rescheduling requests
  • Manage conflicting priorities and find creative solutions to optimise resource allocation and minimize conflicts.
  • Generate and distribute schedules, agendas, and related materials to relevant parties in a timely manner.
  • Communicate with internal and external stakeholders to confirm appointments, provide reminders, and address scheduling inquiries
  • Maintain accurate records of schedules, appointments, and relevant documentation.
  • Continuously evaluate and improve scheduling processes and tools to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Key Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a scheduler, planner, or in a similar role.
  • Strong organisational and timemanagement skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Excellent attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and precision in scheduling
  • Proficient in using scheduling software or tools to manage calendars and appointments
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with individuals at all levels
  • Problemsolving and decisionmaking abilities, with a proactive approach to addressing scheduling conflicts
  • Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision and in a teamoriented environment
  • Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and requirements
  • Previous experience in a fastpaced environment or industries where scheduling is crucial
