As the Producer - Creative and Content, you will support the end-to-end development and production for studio produced video and stills shoots, across corporate communications, business partner and marketing campaigns on platforms including, social, digital and all channels and platforms.

Additionally, you will liaise with stakeholders across the business to ensure that the marketing team is consistently able to deliver a high level of content and production, on time, to budget and brief.


This role will cover iProcurement for the studio production budget management and will take charge of crew, talent and equipment resourcing, as well as being the key contact for all production safety and legal requirements.

You'll have

  • Tertiary qualifications in Business, Arts or relevant field (highly regarded)
  • Experience working in Film, TV or Agency Production
  • Experience with developing video strategies for social media, digital and broadcast campaigns
  • Knowledge of social, digital and broadcast media
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Crew and talent management skills
  • Experience in budget management
  • Experience in filming/photography legislation such as permits, risk assessments and call sheets
  • Strong organisational skills for campaign execution
  • Ability to manage many stakeholders and campaigns with competing priorities and fast turnarounds
  • A strong knowledge of Qantas' presence in the Australian market
  • Shooting and editing skills desired but not essential
  • Knowledge of media law desired but not essential
