Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Creative Production Manager to join our team for a 10-month maternity leave contract. As a key member of our Growth marketing team, you will be responsible for overseeing and producing high-quality content for organic and paid performance channels, including Meta, TikTok, and YouTube.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage Growth marketing briefs from conception to completion, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and alignment with business targets.
  • Lead the execution of content shoots, including pre-production, on-set management, post-production, and logistics.
  • Collaborate with creative leads and Growth marketers to clarify requirements and deliverables, ensuring seamless project execution.
  • Manage user-generated content (UGC) generation across third-party platforms, including talent selection, briefing, feedback, and editing.
  • Mentor junior motion editors, providing guidance on scheduling, traffic management, and brief requirements.
  • Drive process improvements to maximize efficiency and quality of output, particularly across paid performance channels.
  • Analyze ad performance to identify concept changes and opportunities, breaking down insights into actionable next steps.
  • Ensure all assets adhere to Koala's brand guidelines, production standards, and working practices.
  • Oversee a clear testing roadmap and creative delivery cadence for paid social, organic social, and promotional content.
Requirements

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive individual with exceptional multitasking skills, 4+ years of creative experience, and a strong analytical mindset. The ideal candidate will have experience with workflow management systems, such as Monday, Asana, or Jira, and excellent written, presentation, and verbal communication skills.
