You will also coordinate the development and delivery of internal communications strategies and activities that promote the work of the region and support the region's leadership vision.


Accountabilities include:

  • Overseeing non-project related correspondence, including ministerial briefing notes, executive correspondence and reporting requirements and managing the regional complaints process.
  • Providing high level advice and ensuring compliance with corporate governanceobligations, standards, legislation and policies includingo updating the project program schedules and dashboards.o creating meeting agendas, minutes and board papers for governance meetingso assisting with the management of program issues and riskso leading and/or coordinating learnings workshops and learnings registero leading and coordinating program assurance activities and relevant reportingo undertaking governance reviews on major projectso assisting project managers set up governance requirements.
  • Undertaking a range of program and project activities which support and enhance region office program and project delivery.
  • Providing advice and support to the Regional Leadership Team in relation to initiatives focussed on enhancing regional capability.
  • Leading, coaching and supporting program support staff to ensure skill sets and training needs are identified and developed.
