This position provides effective ICT support services across the North West HHS.

The role involves on-site and remote level 2 technical support, incident management, project support, and request fulfillment in various technology areas to meet service levels. These include End User Computing, Servers and Networks, and Unified Communications.

This role requires participation in a rural and remote virtual ICT and Digital Health team for additional activities as needed.

  • Base salary ranges from $102,492 to $111,516 per year (AO5).
  • 4 weeks of annual recreational leave with 17.5% loading
  • 12.75% employer super contribution
  • Sick leave and long service leave accumulation

Demonstrated expertise in managing, configuring, monitoring, and implementing ICT environments in multiple technical fields.

Experience in delivering top-notch ICT support to clients with a focus on workload management, task prioritization, and independent work.

Ability to identify and resolve ICT issues within defined Service Level Agreements.

Capable of coordinating multiple tasks within set priorities, deadlines, and responsibilities.

Proven interpersonal and communication skills that foster good working relationships, including mentoring junior staff and providing quality client service in a team setting.

Strong oral and written communication skills for creating system documentation, work instructions, and technical reports, with the ability to engage effectively with customers at all levels.

Awareness of new ICT technologies and products relevant to the HHS.

Self-driven and proactive in continuous learning, development, internal/external training, and knowledge application in the workplace.
