As the Housekeeping Team Leader, you will work closely with the Head Housekeeper to oversee the day-to-day operations of our housekeeping department.

Your role will involve providing guidance and support to our dedicated team, ensuring they adhere to our high standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction.

We're an established Hotel on the vibrant Southbank of Brisbane, offering off-street parking for your convenience.

With 100 accommodation rooms, conferencing facilities, and a well-appointed restaurant, you'll be part of an exciting hospitality environment where no two days are the same.


Your responsibilities will include coordinating the daily operations of our housekeeping team, creating and managing cleaning schedules for guest rooms and public areas, and maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and maintenance throughout the hotel.

You'll also assist with rostering and training of new staff, monitor and replenish guest amenities, cleaning supplies, and linen, and provide feedback to ensure continuous improvement in room conditions.

Collaboration with other departments to ensure overall hotel presentation is also a key aspect of this role.


We are looking for someone with proven experience in a leadership role within the hospitality industry, strong customer service skills, and a professional attitude.

Familiarity with Hirum or similar hotel management systems is preferred, along with excellent problem-solving and time management abilities. A hands-on approach and willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends, are essential.
