About the Role

As a Compliance Analyst your role will be working in the Central Compliance team reporting to the Breach Reporting and Regulatory Filing Partner and focused on management of breach reporting and regulatory filing.

Where required the role will also assist the wider Central Compliance team more broadly with the opportunity to learn and gain experience in obligations register management, policy management lifecycle, compliance training, regulatory change and continuous improvement.


You will also be responsible for:

  • Quickly, accurately and effectively triaging, assessing and reporting on incidents of low to moderate complexity to ensure the Group is meeting its breach reporting obligations
  • Timely escalation of incidents of moderate to high complexity to the Partner for guidance to manage regulatory risk
  • Drafting breach notifications that are clear and accurate, and within required timeframes, and providing these promptly to the Partner to facilitate appropriate signoffs
  • Regularly engaging with stakeholders across the Group to validate incident and breach information, and assisting the Partner to raise awareness of incident and breach reporting obligations
  • Assisting the Partner in the development and preparation of insightful reporting and metrics of incidents, including themes, trends and emerging risks
  • Assisting the Partner to develop processes and procedures to ensure incidents are quickly and accurately assessed and the Group is meeting its breach reporting obligations
