Position Overview:


As a relief/temporary Concierge, you will be the face of the building, responsible for creating a positive and lasting impression on all guests.

You will provide exceptional customer service, offer local expertise, and go above and beyond to cater to all guests' needs.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist guests with a warm and friendly demeanor.
  • Provide information and recommendations about the building services, local attractions, dining, and activities.
  • Arrange transportation, reservations, and special requests as needed.
  • Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally.
  • Maintain a tidy and organized concierge desk.
  • Stay uptodate on local events and attractions to provide timely and accurate information.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure guests have a seamless experience.
  • Assist with administrative tasks, such as managing reservations and coordinating deliveries.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in customer service within the property and real estate is preferred, however, training can be provided.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A passion for exceeding guest expectations.
  • Ability to multitask and handle highpressure situations with a smile.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts from as little as a day to a few weeks
