Are you ready to take your expertise to a new level as an Asset Management Officer? As an Asset Management Officer, your primary goal will be to facilitate and support the strategic and operational aspects of owned/leased asset portfolio.

About the role

  • Deliver strategies and operations for owned/leased assets, ensuring they align with policy objectives.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure fitforpurpose real estate solutions that balance cost, opportunity, and risk.
  • Maintain and update documentation to meet required standards and support environmental initiatives.
  • Engage with clients, manage relationships, and contribute to improving processes.
  • Collaborate with service providers to ensure timely and highstandard service delivery.
  • Oversee new Occupancy Agreements and provide feedback to Service Providers.
  • Balancing complex issues while providing strategic advice and mitigating risks.
  • Delivering topnotch services in a fastpaced environment.
  • Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure quality outputs.

About you

  • Experienced in complex project and strategy delivery, including areas like capital works, real estate, leasing, and asset management.
  • Financial analysis and customer relationship management skills.
  • Tertiary qualifications in property or related discipline or equivalent experience.
  • Must be willing to undergo and maintain a National Police Clearance.
