About the Role:

An incredible role for a talented and passionate Sous Chef to join a fantastic culinary team. As the Sous Chef, you will play a pivotal role in crafting innovative and delectable dishes that reflect the finest in contemporary cuisine. You will work closely with the Head Chef, ensuring the highest standards of quality, presentation, and taste are consistently met. This role offers a unique opportunity to showcase your culinary expertise in a stunning island setting, where your creativity and dedication will delight guests and elevate dining experiences.

Your Skills and Experience:

  • Proven experience as a Sous Chef in a high-end, luxury hospitality environment
