THE OPPORTUNITY


This recruitment will also be utilised to create an eligibility list, valid for 18 months, that maybe utilised to fill future position(s) of the same classification that subsequently become vacant in the Sydney region.


ABOUT YOU
You possess current sector knowledge and extensive experience and are committed to maintaining industry currency. You have demonstrated experience in establishing relationships with and providing exceptional customer service to diverse individuals.

You pride yourself on your exceptional communication skills including a high level of written and oral communication skills in English and a proven ability to communicate effectively in a wide range of educational, industrial or community environments.

You are a motivated and engaged individual who is passionate about assisting and supporting students to achieve their highest potential.

You are proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and MS Teams (or similar online collaboration tool) along with competent digital literacy to operate via connected learning platforms as required.


To be considered for the role you will have:

  • Degree (or above) in Nursing and are a Registered Nurse with current unrestricted registration with AHPRA.
  • Minimum three years relevant postqualification experience in acute or general care as a Registered Nurse, at least part of which has been gained over the last eighteen (18) months.
  • Certificate IV TAE40116 or equivalent.
  • Commitment to maintaining and developing technical currency, VET knowledge and skills, as well as industry currency and TAE competency.
  • Knowledge and understanding of accreditation requirements of the Australian Nursing and Midwifery Accreditation Council.
