Your future role
The ideal candidate will report directly to the ANZ Indirect Procurement Manager in a 12-month fixed-term contract. Responsibilities include leading Indirect Procurement Strategies, supplier development, RFQ management, and contract negotiations to ensure successful project execution. Daily tasks involve achieving Quality, Cost, Delivery, and Safety objectives.
Key responsibilities include:
- Prepare and launch RFQs using company-standard tools
- Identify project and business needs in collaboration with Site and Project teams
- Negotiate contracts and terms to drive cost reductions
- Ensure accurate order placements
- Achieve project QCD targets
- Conduct supplier performance reviews
- Comply with company ethics and guidelines
- Develop Indirect Procurement Strategy for Construction commodities

We prioritize passion and attitude over experience, seeking candidates with a civil engineering or purchasing background. Candidates should have experience in the construction industry, supplier management, and negotiation of commercial issues.
- Tertiary qualification in Civil Engineering, Engineering, or supply chain
