About the Role
Our client provides recruiting services to the Australian Defence Force (ADF) in accordance with standards and policies set by the Navy, Army and Air Force.

Key Responsibilities
This role involves a range of tasks, primarily assisting the Military Operations (MilOps) team to:

  • Manage candidate progression through the recruiting process at the HQ level. This is done by managing non-medical waivers for when candidates do not meet Service enlistment criteria;
  • Candidate issue management between the ADF Careers Centre staff, the Service Recruiting Liaison Officers, Career Management Agencies and the Executive Office, updating associated policy;
  • Assisting with the management of selection boards between DFR and the ADF; and
  • Other business as usual (BAU) tasks to assist the seamless operations of milops as directed by the Commonwealth.

  • Attention to detail;
  • Highly developed communication skills;
  • Stakeholder liaison with both internal and external stakeholders;
  • Computer literacy and good record management skills; and
  • Flexibility and ability to multi-task.
