As the Principal Analyst - Supplier Performance you will be responsible for analysing and managing repair supplier performance.

This role will support the repair and warranty team by acting as a point of contact for escalations in terms of supplier performance, contractual issues, freight, warehouse processing and engagement.

You will be the point of contact for Qantas Procurement for all aspects relating to repair supplier performance.

This position is to mentor and guide the repair and warranty team so that optimal service can be provided to QE customers.

You'll have

  • Proven ability to think commercially
  • Considerable experience in supply chain, IT, applied mathematics, inventory modelling or purchasing
  • Considerable experience in demand planning, inventory optimization, repair management
  • Sound understanding of planning, purchasing and inventory control principles
  • Comfortable using a wide range of computer systems, especially inventory planning systems, MS Excel, MS Access and Power BI.
  • Able to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing
  • Demonstrated experience in building relationships at the senior level, able to navigate management of constraints with stakeholders
  • Connected Leadership skills and behaviours
  • Sound analytical ability and financial understanding and capable on problem solving
  • Continuous improvement focus
