Position Description

  • 2 x Workshop Fitter positions.
  • Mechanical oriented tasks such as the preparation and testing of new equipment, inspections of returned equipment and general workshop duties.
  • Learning new mechanical skills and types of equipment.
  • Following procedures and instructions to complete jobs including paperwork.
  • Conduct basic mechanical tasks and adjustments.
  • Work with in safety and company guidelines.

Candidate Requirements

  • A Mechanical qualification like Fitter or similar is highly desirable but not essential.
  • Some sort of experience servicing and/or working on light/heavy vehicles, mobile plant or other equipment is required.
  • Experience working with hand tools/power tools.
  • Willingness to learn new skills and equipment.
  • Good attitude, work ethic and team player.
  • Drives license.
