Product Specialist - International Logistics:

In our Sydney Head Office, we have approximately 30 teams responsible for tackling complex industry challenges.

We are seeking an international logistics expert to utilize their deep knowledge in guiding the development of our cutting-edge software.

We offer individuals the chance to rotate through various teams, gaining a comprehensive overview of our product and industry, allowing for experience in specialized areas such as Carriers, Customs, and Warehousing, among others.

The rotation program provides a significant learning and upskilling opportunity.

Together, we will revolutionize the logistics sector, introducing innovation step by step.

The Responsibilities:

  • Investigate and solve complex issues
  • Provide high-quality customer service as part of 2nd line support
  • Define requirements for new features and functionalities
  • Evaluate existing functionalities and propose enhancements
  • Document supporting content and release notes
  • Analyze and document processes
  • Identify and assess inefficiencies, suggesting optimal business practices and system functionalities/ behaviors
  • Troubleshoot issues promptly
  • Review product development (UAT/QA) for software fixes and new features
  • Collaborate with customers and development teams throughout the feature lifecycle

About You:


You are a clear and attentive communicator, skillful at identifying the root cause of problems.

You excel in challenging environments, embracing the dynamics of a flexible, flat work structure. You have the ability to delve deep into problem-solving.

Your knowledge and Understanding:

  • Extensive experience in international logistics or related supply chain fields combined with technical expertise
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
  • Proven self-driven learning and development

  • Background in software products is advantageous
  • Proficient in stakeholder management
  • Familiarity with agile software methodologies is beneficial
