Role Overview

Join us as a Product Specialist at our Sydney office, contributing to solving the key challenges in the logistics field. Our teams focus on various areas such as Warehousing, Carriers, Customs, E-commerce, International Logistics, and Landslide Logistics, among others. At WiseTech, we are not just adding features — we are dedicated to creating products that empower global supply chains.

Our Product Specialists are skilled problem solvers and domain experts. They collaborate with customers to grasp their issues, pinpoint the root cause, and liaise with our Engineers to deliver solutions. They serve as the crucial link between business requirements and technology, ensuring a deep understanding of our customers' needs.

Together, we are driving change in the logistics realm, revolutionizing it one innovation at a time.

Experience & Skills
  • 3+ years of experience in relevant industries (Transportation, Logistics, Freight Forwarding, etc.)
  • Tackling and resolving complex issues
  • Providing top-notch customer service through 2nd line support
  • Collecting and drafting requirements for new features and functionalities
  • Evaluating current functionalities and suggesting enhancement areas
  • Creating documentation, including support materials and release notes
  • Analyzing and documenting processes
  • Spotting and addressing inefficiencies while proposing optimal business practices and system functionalities
  • Conducting product development reviews (UAT/QA) for software updates and new features
  • Engaging closely with customers and development teams throughout the feature lifecycle
