Woods & Co are seeking a skilled and experienced General Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of a fast-growing e-commerce brand. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and improving all operational aspects of the business, including logistics, company structure, inventory management, and fulfilment.

What do you do?

  • Manage and supervise the daily operations of the company, including production, logistics, inventory management, customer service, and vendor relationships
  • Work with the founders to develop and implement strategies for expanding the business, including new product lines, distribution channels, and marketing initiatives
  • Create and manage budgets for the operations department, ensuring that expenses are kept within budgetary constraints and identifying areas for cost savings
  • Manage and train a team of employees to ensure that they are performing their duties effectively and efficiently

What do you need?

  • 5+ years of experience in operations management, preferably in the ecommerce industry.
  • Proven track record of managing and improving operational performance.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problemsolving skills.
  • Knowledge of logistics and inventory management systems.
  • Experience with data analysis and metricsdriven decision making.
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced and dynamic environment.
