About the Role

Reporting to the National Manager, this role will be supporting the Business Development Managers (BDMS) in expanding their broker network.

You will be responsible for contributing to the organisations revenue and maintaining their settlement goals for the year.

Being able to manage both inbound and outbound calls, and having a high broker retention rate is key in succeeding in the role.

This role has become available due to an expansion of the current team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Outbound calls to brokers
  • Reporting and logging of all call activity
  • Ensure the services of brokers are retained, and all relationships are maintained.
