Seven Consulting is currently looking for an experienced Senior Program Director to join our delivery practice on a full-time basis. You will be partnering with blue chip clients to deliver complex IT program and business transformation programs above $100M.

Your Role

You will be responsible for:

  • Leading and managing large technology based programs to ensure delivery on time, budget, and within quality, taking ownership, and overseeing the program through to completion.
  • Work collaboratively with the client to align all key stakeholders into one team that has a shared vision and path to success. Ensuring transparency in reporting and all communications, strong stakeholder management and implementing rigorous program management and control disciplines will enable you to meet the client's expectations and deliver a high quality service.
  • Working with other senior PMO and program professionals to provide your insights and collaborate with others to deliver a high-quality solution.
  • Managing projects and programmes using waterfall, agile or hybrid delivery methods as appropriate.

What you bring:

Track record of successfully managing multi $100M or multiple $100M+ programs

  • For blue chip clients
  • Consistently reported at C Level
  • Consulting level capability on core delivery elements.
  • Strong references from previous employers and client sponsors
  • High energy levels to ensure program delivery or turnaround success
  • Natural team building skills, having managed 100+ staff
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and foster strategic relationships
  • Experience in the delivery of programs using waterfall, agile and hybrid techniques

A successful track record of delivery and high integrity will be your most significant attributes. Project Management qualifications are preferred, but not essential.
