We're seeking a self-motivated and confident Customer Service Representative, to join our Brickworks SA office in Golden Grove, South Australia.
***
Reporting to the Customer Service and Internal Sales Manager, you will be responsible for assisting in the development and growth of Brickworks SA as a front-line representative, while ensuring customer service policy is applied to each customer or potential customer.
***
You will also be responsible for internal sales representing and selling Brickworks products within the residential, reseller and small builder market.
***
Duties include but are not limited to:***- Provide friendly and professional advice on our range of products.

  • Manage inbound and outbound calls to serve a diverse customer base.
  • Establish and nurture strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Identify potential customers and establish new accounts.
  • Ensure prompt and courteous responses to sales inquiries via various channels.
  • Process and verify sales orders with precision and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with customers and sales reps to ensure accurate pricing.
  • Organise sales call schedules and maintain the CRM database.
  • Resolve customer complaints with empathy and effectiveness.
  • Ensure all activities are conducted in a safe manner, compliant with WHSE policies and procedures.

Success Requirements
***- A passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Experience or knowledge of the Building/Construction industry (preferred).
  • Familiarity with ERP systems and the sales process
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and computer literacy.
  • Strong problemsolving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Selfmotivation and the ability to excel under pressure.
  • Cert 3 or 4 qualification in a related field preferred.
