This is a team that is home for the Inner West's best agents, suburb record breakers and top-performing administration and support staff.

Operating out of open planned offices amongst a hub of cafes and busy lifestyle precincts, this is an opportunity for an Executive Assistant to support a Director with over 10 years experience, and holds a reputation that is second to none

The Role:

  • Coordinate and attend property photoshoots
  • Coordinate marketing collateral including updating social media
  • Liaise with vendors, buyers and solicitors
  • Full sales administration support to a team of 3 agents
  • Preparing and attending weekly meetings
  • Assisting with the exchanging of contracts & settlement process
  • Maintain team stock and settlements presents
  • Prepare all open inspection packs for mid week and weekend inspections
  • Coordinate auction preparation
  • Ad hoc administration duties
  • Have a strong administration background in Real Estate
  • A Current Certificate of Registration
  • Ability to manage a prestigious work load with high end clientele you will be working on multimillion dollar listings
  • Provide a high stand of customer service
  • Strong communication skills (both written and verbal)
  • Ability to work autonomously & part of a team
