About the role


Are you ready to embark on a career where you can be a real-life hero on the road? We are seeking dedicated and enthusiastic individuals to join our elite team of Patrol Officers.

RACQ Patrol Officers provide exceptional assistance to members so that no one gets left stranded on the side of the road.

With a commitment to safety, customer service, and expertise.

About you

  • Strong safety focus
  • Trade qualified mechanic or autoelectrician/industry related quals
  • Current C Class Drivers Licence
  • Customer service experience
  • Strong diagnostic skills
  • Highly organised with ability to work autonomously
  • Can work a rotating roster across a 7day work week
  • Able to complete preemployment medical, drug & alcohol screen and criminal record check
