Your Role:
As an Executive Services Officer, your key responsibilities will include:
- Provide research, administrative, financial and human resource support for the Executive Director and teams.
- Use software packages to provide professional presentation of documentation and presentations, including computer software applications such as word processing, electronic diaries, email and correspondence tracking systems and PowerPoint.
- Provide effective correspondence and work flow monitoring to monitor important issues and coordinate or prepare briefing materials and correspondence which supports the Executive Director and teams.
- Provide administrative and executive support including arranging appointments and meetings, coordinating agendas, making travel and accommodation arrangements, and liaising with internal and external parties for meetings.
- Monitor business unit expenses including reconciliation of corporate card statements, payroll and cab charge reports, invoice requests, journal vouchers, stationery requests and prepare accurate and timely financial reports.
- Analyse and report on financial data to identify options to assist the Executive Director and line managers.
- Assist with the processes for the recruitment, selection and induction of branch staff, including assisting and organising recruitment and selection panels.
- Provide advice and guidance on procurement, asset and accommodation issues and requests as required.
