We are seeking Baristas to join our ISS team in Wacol employed on a Casual basis.
You will have experience in a similar role, and will bring your commitment, energy and passion for customer service to our team and most importantly our customers.
Responsibilities:
Deliver exceptional customer service Be a positive team player Greet customers and assist them in selecting food and beverage as required. Upsell items where the opportunity presents Demonstrate an excellent understanding of espresso coffee options repare and serve espresso-based coffees as well as eas and other beverages Operate POS system and ensure accurate cash handling Maintain cleanliness of bistro by sanitising equipment, utensils, and work areas. Ensure proper restock of coffee brewing equipment and replenish bean supply.What you can offer:
Previous experience as a barista (highly desirable) Exceptional organisation and communications skills Punctual, efficient and trustworthy Self-motivated with a strong focus on safety, the environment and compliance Ability to work independently and as a part of a team Experience in delivering a high level of customer service with strong attention to detail Excellent personal presentation & grooming Must have own transport as public transport isn't availableWhat We Can Offer:
