An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Supervisor to join Service Stream in our Water team based in Seven Hills Location.

Service Stream Utilities delivers end-to-end engineering and asset management services to leading utility and energy providers across Australia.

Due to exciting and continued growth, opportunities have arisen for a Site Supervisor to join Service Stream Utilities NSW team.

You will be responsible for taking ownership for the life cycle of the projects and building on our strong relationships with the utility authorities across New South Wales.


  • Coordinate the work and performance of multiple teams and subcontractors to achieve outcomes.
  • Tower and mobile crane supervision/planning
  • Supervising both subcontractor and in house workforce
  • Provide and take leadership responsibility in health, safety and environment management.
  • Complete progress reporting, and activities, reports for shift handovers and consistent regular reporting to the project team.
  • Read and understand plans, review design documentation, read drawings, and provide constructive review and implementing of final designs
  • Identify and mitigate risks prior to works commencing, communicate with and engage relevant stakeholders to control risk and contribute to building a risk management culture.
  • Manage access and movement of materials, plant and equipment to and within the site and work area in a safe and costefficient manner.
  • Provide positive leadership to ensure the quality and standard of workmanship performed is in accordance with the specifications and drawings.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant Hold and Witness Points.
  • Maintain diary records of actual progress including issues and usage.
  • Maintain effective consultation with various stakeholders referring major issues to the project team
  • Perform all duties in accordance with Service Stream Utilities policies, processes, systems and procedures

  • Ability to build and leverage on relationships internally and externally
  • Engineering experience of 3+ years within a civil setting
  • Ability to deliver practical solutions with attention to the required detail
  • Bachelor of Engineering, Building, Construction or equivalent
  • Knowledge & understanding of the Project Delivery life cycle
