The Responsibilities

As an Occupational Therapist, you will interact closely with a diverse range of clients across different age groups and disabilities, delivering customized community-based care tailored to their individual requirements. Your role will be pivotal in enhancing their quality of life, from promoting independence to facilitating participation in meaningful activities. Working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team will offer you opportunities to sharpen your clinical skills and establish enduring professional relationships.

Key Requirements

  • Occupational Therapy degree with AHPRA registration
  • Valid WA Driver's License
  • Demonstrated clinical proficiency in occupational therapy
  • Dedication to evidence-based practice
  • Outstanding time management and communication abilities
  • Capability to excel both autonomously and collaboratively in a team setting

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with NDIS and/or Community Health
  • Familiarity with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander culture

Compensation and Benefits

Your hard work will be compensated with a competitive salary package of up to $110k pro rata, inclusive of 11% superannuation and flexible salary packaging options of up to $15,900 per year. Moreover, you will receive a company vehicle for business-related travel, as well as a mobile phone and laptop.
