With a multi-disciplinary allied health approach, we provide care to people injured as a result of workplace injuries, car accidents, or military service.

This role will be covering the South West regions of WA (Bunbury/Busselton)

As a Rehabilitation Consultant, you are NOT just one piece of someone's recovery; you are an independent expert guiding their return to work, giving them every possible chance of making a full recovery. Responsibilities include:
  • Empowering individuals in their recovery at work and return to health.
  • Conducting assessments to guide individuals rehabilitation.
  • Collaborating with treatment providers to ensure the best recovery outcomes.
  • Developing graduated return plans by liaising with doctors and specialists.
  • Case managing diverse and complex health conditions
We are open to a range of experience levels - from seasoned rehab consultants to clinicians from other industries - Provisional to General registrations

WHAT YOU NEED TO JOIN US
  • Must hold or be eligible for general registration with AHPRA or ESSA or ASORC or AASW & tertiary degree
  • Valid Australian driver's license
  • Direct experience working in Occupational Rehabilitation or in a clinical environment.
  • A commitment to being the best; we provide phenomenal onboarding & tools to excel.
  • A passion for helping people navigate complex rehabilitation journey's.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills.
  • Innovative thinking and a fun, energetic personality.

The checks undertaken by Rehab Management, include (but not limited to), police background checks, NDIS clearance and Working With Children's check.
Unsuccessful or unsatisfactory clearance of these checks will be taken into consideration and may result in the unsuccessful outcome of the recruitment process and/or withdrawal of any employment contract agreement made prior to commencement.
