those receiving Aged Care at home - Private, HCP as well as NDIS, TAC & Worksafe
clients.
While no two days and no two clients will be the same, our mission for ALL remains
the same; to deliver excellence in personalised care solutions and services, allowing clients the option to live in the comfort of their own homes as independently as possible for as long as possible.

You will support each client to maintain their independence and dignity by providing
assistance with activities of daily living such as:
- Personal care
- Social Support
- Transport
- Respite Care
- Medication Monitoring
- Domestic Assistance

To be successful in this role, you will have AND/OR be willing to obtain the following:
- Certificate IV in Aged/ Community Care, Disability or Individual Support
- Proven experience in the field in this or a similar role/field
- Current Police Clearance Certificate
- Current Working with Children's Check
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- First Aid Certificate (HLTAID011) and CPR (HLTAID009)
- Mandatory competencies (as required by Colbrow Care)
- Valid working rights in Australia
