Job Connect is urgently seeking Permanent Afternoon and Night Shift Batch Production Machine Operators for a leading company in the Building Supplies industry at Carole Park.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operating Mixers, Fillers, Baggers, Control Systems, and Forklifts
  • Manufacturing quality batches with a strong focus on safety
  • Collaborating with an experienced team of permanent production staff
  • Participating in hazard reduction and safety pre-starts

Requirements:

  • 1+ years of prior batch production experience, including following specific recipe/batch sheets to produce industrial quantities that meet quality assurance standards.
  • Experience operating computerised machines to blend products (examples include foods, liquids, powders, or chemicals).
  • Forklift experience and license to move pallets and product.
  • Physical ability to perform manual tasks, such as lifting 20kg bags into hoppers.
  • Desire to work stable Afternoon or Night Shifts (no rotating shifts).
  • Willingness to train on Days for 4 – 6 weeks until fully competent.
