Role
Reporting to the Depot Supervisor, you will be responsible for the effective operation of machinery while meeting safety, quality, performance and customer lead times as well as;

  • Start, run and observe operation of machine/s in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
  • Timely preparation and availability of all production materials to avoid shortage during production
  • Test operation of machines periodically & conduct quality checks
  • Work as part of a team to meet customer demands and ensure DIFOT is achieved
  • Involvement in and following Preventative Maintenance schedules and Machine upkeep
  • Always observing and following health and safety requirements
  • Participation in Safety toolbox talks and Safety initiatives

You

  • Strong safety focus
  • Prior experience is essential
  • Own reliable transport and LF ticket a must
  • Ability to work unsupervised
  • Troubleshooting ability, mechanical aptitude and root cause analysis


A full training program on the effective use and utilisation of our client's state of the art machinery will be provided.
