  • Excellent planning and organisational skills.
  • Knowledge of People and Culture environment and a strong understanding of policies and practices would be great.
  • Experience in Workday would be awesome.
  • Demonstrated experience in supporting client focused People and Culture initiatives and working across the employee lifecycle.

How will you support our "Why?"

As our People Services Coordinator, working in our centralised People Services team you will put our values up in lights by delivering these activities and outcomes:

  • Providing advice and guidance to Aussie Broadband staff for first level and escalated People and Culture queries and policy interpretation.
  • Managing noncomplex workplace relations cases relating to performance, misconduct, absences, etc.
  • Managing People and Culture maintenance of Aussie Broadband's core HR processes and HRIS, Workday, including updating organisational structure, cost centres, reporting lines, positions, employee profiles, etc.
  • Monitoring and updating data quality in Workday and other people systems.
  • Provision of reporting and other information as appropriate.
  • Supporting People Services continuous improvement and process improvements agenda.
