Wagners are currently seeking a Trainee Administrator to provide support and assistance our team, located at our Wacol Office.

The responsibilities will include but not limited to:

  • The first point of contact for inbound calls for the Wacol site;
  • Raising and maintaining Purchase orders;
  • Ordering and stock control of stationary supplies and kitchen amenities.
  • Entering leave and labour hire time sheets.

  • Manage meeting room bookings for office and assist with setting up for meetings;
  • Raising and maintaining Purchase orders;
  • Goods receipting;
- prepare daily reports

  • Creating delivery dockets

Skills and Experience:

  • Some previous experience within an administrative or reception role;
  • Ability to prioritise, organize and work to specific deadlines;
  • Welldeveloped computer skills (Microsoft Office Suite) and accuracy in typing speed;
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; and
  • A confident, vibrant, friendly strong positive attitude.
