About the company:


Rubix Solutions are currently seeking an experienced Configuration Controller with a security clearance NV1 (must-have) on behalf of our esteemed global Defence & technology client.

Our client is a leading provider of advanced technologies and services to the Defence sector - providing innovative solutions and management on nation-critical Defence programs.

You will be responsible for the successful modernisation of critical Defence systems, working with a team of collaborative and supportive high performers to deliver a successful project outcome.

Job Summary:

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement configuration management plans and processes.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices for configuration management.
  • Maintain the integrity of hardware and software configuration baselines throughout the lifecycle of the system.
  • Identify and track configuration items and changes.
  • Perform configuration audits and reviews to ensure compliance with configuration management plans.
  • Manage the release and delivery of configuration items.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure that configuration management plans and processes meet program needs.
  • Provide guidance and support to development teams on configuration management processes and tools.

Qualifications:

NV1 security clearance or above (must have)

Must have experience working with the Scaled Agile Framework methodology:

  • 3+ years of experience in configuration management.
  • Strong knowledge of configuration management principles, processes, and tools.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with crossfunctional teams.
  • Familiarity with Defence industry standards and regulations.
